PU95: Heritage inspirations and sartorial contaminations for AW19/20 by L.B.M. 1911

The researching brand by Mantua maison surprises Florence with a unique Autumn/Winter collection, which depicts a clear and contemporary life style, with references to both rustic everyday life and sophisticated, cultured tradition: italian roots and international contaminations are unique.

For this season, L.B.M.

1911 plays with style and details by presenting a series of iconic pieces that tastefully revisits the fashion history in a rich collection made of innovative content and original propositions.

The palette chosen is as multi-coloured as the autumn leaves: 1970’s inspired hues such as brick, mustard, coffee, amber, sand beige and chocolate which alternate with colder tones: forest green, and different shades of grey, blue and azure, inevitable in a man’s closet.

The central theme of the collection is softness: warm and extra soft fabrics like corduroy and wool, cotton and cashmere blends with extremely soft, pleasant hand feel.

Key pieces for the cold season are obviously outerwear garments: in addition to sartorial-taste coats (peacots, London coats and Chesterfield coats), L.B.M. 1911’s creative team has also designed military-inspired items such as trench and field jackets, and a selection of leather jackets, also available in the real down-padded version, for the diehards who are determined not to forgo a “biker look” despite freezing temperatures.

To complement the iconic jackets, L.B.M. 1911 total look is completed by yarndyed trousers, jeans and chinos, and by a knitwear collection composed of warm, snug jumpers and by scarves, ties and pocket squares
