Once again, Luigi Bianchi Mantova Sartoria has demonstrated its firm commitment to technical research, model development, and the choice of exclusive premium fabrics of the highest quality selected from the collections of superior producers, the company’s consolidated partners/suppliers for many years.
PROTAGONISTS: DAYWEAR AND TRAVEL - The new 2016 Spring/Summer Collection focuses on muted, ton-sur-ton colours for both jackets and suits; texture is the main feature, with micro-effects and weaves, mouliné yarns and jacquard effects. For jackets, wool, linen and silk blends are the big favourite with frisé yarns that give fabrics a three-dimensional feel.
Very fine fabrics in pure wool and tropical wool with a Solaro effect have been selected for suits this season. Blue predominates in every tone and shade, from Naples and French blues to powder and sky blues; but there are also a few touches of green and grey, with contrasts of camel and brown. Daywear and the business suit take on a new look with tailoring style and details like wide lapels and micro-patterns for extra character. Lastly, this season there has been strong focus on fabrics for those who travel frequently for work or leisure: fresh crease-proof jackets and suits made from high-twist yarns.
LATEST ARRIVAL: “FLIRT”, NEW PROPOSAL FOR ELEGANT FORMAL WEAR – The new Luigi Bianchi Mantova Flirt line will be shown in an exclusive preview at Pitti Uomo: a selection of elegant suits designed for important formal occasions, ceremonies, receptions and gala evenings, created for those who prefer a refined sober look in high prestige fabrics enhanced with exclusive detailing.
